"Mykola Tomenko: If one takes as a Principle the Nonconfidence of the Citizen the First Elections to be will be President´s one", Mykola Tomenko commented upon the idea of the pre-termed elections expressed repeatedly by the Council of National Safety and Defence Secretary, Raisa Bogatyriova.
M. Tomenko suggested that V. Yushchenko and his team should not appeal to such a term as "confidence of the citizens". He declared that" unfortunately today the rate of the trust in the power structure in the minds of the citizen is very low". "Still the latest investigations, in Kyiv in particular testifies that the President of Ukraine approximately 80% of the citizen do not trust", - M. Tomenko stressed.
According to the vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine if think logically as it was expressed by R. Bogatyriova., first of all the Presidents elections should be held and only then of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
